As we finish\u0026nbsp;Fall semester and wrap up 2020, each of us is deeply impacted by the uncertainty that surrounds us.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ESo how do we keep the\u0026nbsp;spark\u0026nbsp;in our teaching and mentoring as well as our students\u0026rsquo; learning within this context? What is likely to give us energy or zap our energy? How can we identify and mitigate the symptoms of\u0026nbsp;burnout\u0026nbsp;for both faculty and students?
