  <title><![CDATA[Georgia Tech Human Resources Offers Training for Values-Based Goal Setting ]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>In a shared commitment to Georgia Tech&rsquo;s mission and our nine strategic values, Georgia Tech Human Resources has developed a values-based goal setting template that reinforces the connection of our behaviors to our Institute&rsquo;s values.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>To ensure employees are aware of the changes to the template and comfortable crafting their goals for 2021, Georgia Tech Human Resources&nbsp;(GTHR)&nbsp;invites staff members to participate in a virtual training session on <strong>Thursday, April 22 </strong>from 1 to 3 p.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Employees who still need to complete their values-based goals&nbsp;or are uncertain as to how to create value-based goals are encouraged to attend.&nbsp;As a reminder, the 2021 goal setting period ends <strong>Wednesday, May 5</strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>To receive login information and indicate your individual needs,&nbsp;please complete this&nbsp;values-based goal setting training <a href="http://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ddf6f3feabc449efbfe78cf5b929c463" target="_blank">inquiry form</a>&nbsp;by <strong>Monday, April 19</strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>A GTHR representative will contact you prior to the training with additional information.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
