The Enrollment and Student Affairs office in the Ivan Allen College Deans Office is seeking a marketing and graphic design assistant, who is a motivated, energized, self-starter, to assist in the achievement of key objectives in driving impact of email marketing, social media, print media, and more for the College’s undergraduate programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and posting social media content on Instagram and Tumblr
• Working as part of team to update our print viewbook and creating new creative web-based version
• Planning, writing, and deploying email marketing campaigns for visitation program
• Designing graphics for digital and print mediums for events and other initiatives
• Develop analyses of key audiences,, nationwide university branding, and tending design

Qualifications:

• Adobe proficiency- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to manage and organize project deadlines
• Good understanding of the latest marketing and design trends and techniques
