During this session, you will learn about:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EKey project updates for the\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/adminx.gatech.edu\/\u0022\u003EAdminX initiative.\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EThe approach being used to conduct process improvement activities with updates on the Student Hiring and Faculty Offer improvement projects.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ECommunity outreach updates including an overview of campus input mechanisms and plans for future outreach.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAdminX is a multi-year initiative focused on creating positive experiences for our faculty, staff, and student employees in completing routine administrative activities. This effort will focus on administrative process improvements; enhanced delivery of common, routine, and high-volume administrative services through the establishment of a customer-centric administrative services center (ASC) for Georgia Tech; and continuous assessment and improvement.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nThe session will be recorded and shared on the \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/adminx.gatech.edu\/\u0022\u003EAdminX website\u003C\/a\u003E.
