The USG\u0026rsquo;s benefits office provided the following information for anyone interested in learning more:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cem\u003EThis email is legitimate and was not sent by Anthem (BCBS).\u0026nbsp; Instead, it was sent by a third-party administrator who is handling the settlement.\u0026nbsp; Generally, individual policyholders and insured groups that purchased Blue Cross and Blue Shield commercial products since 2008, as well as self-funded health plans that purchased Blue Cross and Blue Shield commercial products since September 2015, are included in the settlement class. \u003Cstrong\u003EThis generally excludes states, counties, municipalities, tribes, and the federal government accounts and purchasers, including Medicare and the Federal Employee Program participants.\u003C\/strong\u003E It is important to note that the process associated with identifying who is a member of the class is lengthy and complicated process. A third-party settlement administrator will ultimately make these decisions and issue notice.\u0026nbsp; Anthem is not able to determine if you are eligible.
