He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest. Dr. Secrieru recently concluded a fellowship program at the Institute for European Politics in Berlin, where he conducted research on Russia\u2019s perceptions of the EU. His previous professional experience includes holding a junior researcher position at the Conflict Prevention Studies Center in Bucharest and a research fellowship at the NATO Defense College in Rome. Dr. Secrieru has also worked with European Council on Foreign Relations in London, Heinrich Boll Foundation (regional branch in Tbilisi) and DemosEuropa in Warsaw on several research projects covering EU-Russia relations and the EU\u2019s policy in the Eastern neighborhood.
