  <title><![CDATA[Levine on Stem Cell Research]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>“Many scientists are dependent on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for funding so what the NIH funds or doesn’t fund is a big deal,” says Aaron Levine, Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy.
