The study validates Batchelor\u0026#39;s Law, which is a prediction of ratios for\u0026nbsp;large-scale phenomena involving fluid mechanics.\u0026nbsp;Despite the success of Batchelor\u0026rsquo;s prediction, no mathematical justification exists outside of highly restrictive settings or toy models.
