His research has been published in \u003Cem\u003EManagement Science\u003C\/em\u003E, \u003Cem\u003EInformation Systems Research\u003C\/em\u003E, and \u003Cem\u003EManagement Information Systems Quarterly\u003C\/em\u003E, and has been presented at numerous conferences in the field and research seminars at peer universities.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDr. Niculescu received the \u003Cem\u003EBrady Family Award\u003C\/em\u003E \u003Cem\u003Efor Faculty Teaching Excellence, \u003C\/em\u003ELinda and Lloyd L. Byars Award for Faculty Excellence, and the\u0026nbsp;\u003Cem\u003EBrady Family Award\u003C\/em\u003E \u003Cem\u003Efor Faculty Research Excellence\u003C\/em\u003E. He also received the \u003Cem\u003EISS Sandra A.
