It also highlights the Master Plan of the memorial designed by Rockdale County-based Breedlove Land Planning; as well as a museum and conference center conceptually being designed by Breedlove Land Planning with LP3 consulting.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u201cThe memorial will help accentuate the county\u0027s heritage and provide a major boost to our local economy by attracting thousands of new visitors to the area,\u201d said Rockdale County Chairman and CEO Richard A. This serene setting provides the perfect backdrop for visitors to remember, reflect and rejoice as well as foster a common understanding of the sacrifices and uncommon dedication of veterans and their families. Now twenty percent complete, the Memorial currently features an amphitheater; entrance gateway and vestibule; and a 1,500-feet-long \u201cWalk of Heroes\u201d path constructed of pavers and marble bands. Other features yet to be built include the \u201cWarfront\u201d and \u201cHomefront\u201d sections that will emphasize the sacrifices veterans, both home and abroad, have made over the 20\u003Csup\u003Eth\u003C\/sup\u003E and 21\u003Csup\u003Est\u003C\/sup\u003E centuries to secure our freedom.
