Georgia Tech's Student Government Association presented the award to Dhongde on April 11 at the Up With the White & Gold ceremony organized by the Center for Student Engagement.

Dhongde expressed her sincere gratitude to the students who nominated her for the award. "It is an honor to serve our students and receive an award named after Dean Griffin, who always put students at the center of his work," she said.
