OIT is providing support and training with moving your BlueJeans Recordings to Kaltura.
A few important notes:
Only the owner of the BlueJeans recording will be able to use the mover tool to migrate videos. This task cannot be delegated to another user, as the mover tool requires your GT Account to pull eligible videos to migrate.
If you need to download videos of an individual no longer at the institute, please submit a request here. We will work with on institutional approvals to access and download this data.
Videos that have been migrated to Kaltura should be viewed to ensure there are no playback issues. If you experience any errors, please migrate the video again.
Event recordings and video clips that were uploaded to BlueJeans must be downloaded manually.
