659481 news 1658254990 1658259342 Anthem and Northside have reached an agreement to keep Northside Hospital, physicians, and other outpatient locations in the Anthem network effective July 1, 2022, without disrupting in-network care. 

As a reminder, if you were enrolled in Blue Choice HMO, your Primary Care Physician (PCP) was reassigned in January pending the end of the contract. You may keep your newly assigned PCP or switch back to your previous PCP affiliated with Northside Hospital. If you would like to make a change to your PCP, please call Accolade at 1-866-204-9818 or request this change through the Accolade member portal at member.accolade.com
