He additionally has a Masters degree from Troy University in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organization Effectiveness. Geoffrey has worked in various roles related to supply chain and manufacturing, beginning as an entry-level Refractory Technician for Nucor Steel in Tuscaloosa, AL.
