The Institute\u0026rsquo;s 2020-2030 Strategic Plan highlights cultivate well-being as a focused area of action and attention.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EReporting administratively to the Vice President for Student Engagement \u0026amp; Well-Being, this inaugural position serves as the lead coordinating administrator to ensure the successful implementation of the goals and action strategies in Georgia Tech\u0026rsquo;s \u003Cem\u003ECultivate Well-Being Action \u0026amp; Transformation Roadmaps \u003C\/em\u003Ein\u0026nbsp;support of one of the six focus areas of the Institute\u0026rsquo;s Strategic Plan. One \u003Cem\u003ERoadmap \u003C\/em\u003Efocuses on enhancing student health, wellness, and well-being and is ready for implementation starting August 2022; the other focuses on that of faculty and staff, including undergraduate and graduate student employees, and will be available in January 2023.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EConsistent with the collective impact framework, this position serves to provide the backbone support essential to successful social change efforts.
