The program is a partnership of the \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/inta.gatech.edu\u0022\u003ESam Nunn School of International Affairs\u003C\/a\u003E and the \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/spp.gatech.edu\u0022\u003ESchool of Public Policy\u003C\/a\u003E but is open to all Georgia Tech students.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003C\/div\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;We\u0026rsquo;re really excited for the inaugural cohort of GT@DC,\u0026rdquo; said \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/iac.gatech.edu\/people\/person\/1b33c78d-701e-50fb-ae00-8105150ced47\u0022\u003EMark Zachary Taylor\u003C\/a\u003E, an associate professor in the School of Public Policy who is helping get the program off the ground. \u0026ldquo;We\u0026rsquo;ve already heard from DC-area agencies, firms, and non-profits excited to hire GT interns. Milton School of Industrial Systems and Engineering, the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry in the College of Sciences, the School of Computer Science in the College of Computing, and the School Civil and Environmental Engineering in the College of Engineering.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003C\/div\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EStudents enrolled in the program will take two classes during the semester and six hours of professional internship or audit credits.
