The dean spoke about the opportunities and challenges she has faced in her academic journey.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe dean\u0026rsquo;s remarks were followed by three presentation sessions judged by Dhongde, Associate Professor Olga Shemyakina of the School of Economics, and Associate Professor Daniel Amsterdam of the School of History and Sociology.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe panel chose a winner from each of the three presentation sessions.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EZhuoqi Helen Dong, a Ph.D. student in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, won for her presentation on \u0026ldquo;Military-Civil Fusion Policies in China \u0026ndash;
