{"667081":{"#nid":"667081","#data":{"type":"news","title":"April Survey of Faculty and Staff to Assess Campus Culture ","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EBeginning April 11, the Institute will once again deploy the Georgia Tech Culture Survey to allow faculty and staff to share their experiences, and will use the results to gather comparative insights about whether, and how, Tech\u2019s culture has changed during the past year. The survey will take no more than 10 to 15 minutes, and all responses will remain anonymous. It will be accessible until the close of business on Friday, April 28.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u201cI encourage all faculty and staff to complete the survey to ensure that their voices are heard. The results of the survey will be used to shape our actions and priorities for the 2023-2024 academic year,\u201d said Frank Neville, senior vice president for Strategic Initiatives and chief of staff.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EResults from last year\u2019s survey were used to identify priority actions for Tech\u2019s cultural strengthening initiative, also known as L.O.V.E. GT, which seeks to ensure that \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/strategicplan.gatech.edu\/values\u0022\u003EGeorgia Tech values\u003C\/a\u003E are at the heart of our organizational culture and are reflected in how we deliver on our mission, pursue our vision, and achieve our goals.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EL.O.V.E. GT operates in three dimensions: leadership, engagement, and systems. The leadership component seeks to train and equip leaders to \u201clead by example\u201d in living our values every day. The engagement effort is focused on communication and connecting values to the fabric of our daily work. To nurture community well-being, some leaders are participating in, and encouraging employees to attend, campus wellness events, workshops, and programs to improve holistic well-being.
