667310 event 1681388848 1681389434 <![CDATA[2023 Faculty Teaching and Learning Forum]]> This year's forum will focus on evaluating and incorporating student feedback in course design. We will consider how to analyze, reflect on, and incorporate student feedback productively.

For Part I, we'll talk about how to analyze and interpret student feedback on teaching.  What does the feedback mean?  What do we know about our students that can help us to understand their feedback?  How can we take the positive and constructive feedback and use it to inform future iterations of the course?

For Part II, you'll have quiet reflection time to engage with your course feedback.  During this time, you can reflect privately or with someone from the Center for Teaching & Learning team.  Lunch will also be provided as well as a mind/body connection option to help you process student feedback.

For Part III, we'll come back together to talk about how we can incorporate the feedback into future courses.  What are tangible ways that student voices and feedback can influence course design?  What strategies can strengthen what is working well and improve what might not have worked well?

The forum will be from 10AM-2PM and lunch will be provided.  The forum will be held in the Kirkwood Room at the Exhibition Hall.
