Join us as we explore various practices to self-care.  We hope to bring in some guests who can briefly share their expertise.  How do YOU do self-care? What are some of your favorite ways ways to care for yourself, to boost your energy and bring you joy?

The event will be hosted in person at the Student Success Center.  We hope to also enable virtual attendace.
