  <title><![CDATA[OIE Culture Champions]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>We would like to celebrate the newest OIE Culture Champions. These are staff who completed cohort 7 of the <a href="https://diversity.gatech.edu/faculty-staff/leadership-strategy-and-culture/inclusive-leaders-academy">Inclusive Leaders Academy</a>:</p>

<p>Through partnership with IDEI, OIE is able to have an OIE cohort participate. ILA usually requires that participants are managers; for the OIE cohort, however, non-managers are eligible to apply. OIE is better able to support our stakeholders and achieve our mission thanks to having so many Culture Champions. Thanks also to all current OIE staff who have completed the Inclusive Leaders Academy in previous cohorts:</p>
