In fact, Dec. 1, 2023 \u2013 Jan. 31, 2024 is the annual self-assessment period when staff should log in to review the goals they set earlier in the year and prepare for evaluations conducted by their supervisors. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EGeorgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) transformed the performance management process at the Institute when they launched Performance Management @Tech, a module in ServiceNow that allows staff and their supervisors to track goals, monitor progress, and submit evaluations in one place.
