The potential of this work, as the first attempt on analog design automation, will be ultimately showcased by targeting the FPAA with various benchmark analog systems, as well as synthesizing these benchmarks and an FPAA chip as an example of significantly large-scale analog systems. These systems, including the FPAA chip, are constructed using the world\u0027s first analog standard cell library as part of this work. In particular, the synthesis of the new FPAA chip will result in a complete reticle and wafer set, which will then be fully characterized and measured once taped out to systematically demonstrate the potential of this analog design automation tool.
