A brief overview of automotive radar is presented with the role of BiCMOS technologies explained. Furthermore, the design of W band quadruplers for automotive radar applications is discussed with one of the quadruplers accomplishing the highest DC-to-RF efficiency in W-Band. Finally, the proposed research and its expected timeline is presented.&nbsp;</p>
