Samantha is currently pursuing a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. She plans on obtaining a Master's in Health Systems and pursuing a career in the healthcare industry with a focus on operations research and improving the healthcare industry using principles of industrial engineering. This scholarship is funded by SHS members who make tax-deductible donations to this fund every year to facilitate the education of deserving student who would like to achieve higher education focused on systems engineering in healthcare.
