{"68833":{"#nid":"68833","#data":{"type":"event","title":"TimeOut Sneak Peek","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EGeorgia Tech is getting ready to launch TimeOut, a new leave \nmanagement system for monthly employees. With TimeOut, employees can \neasily request and report time off for vacation, sick and other types of\n leave. Supervisory review and approval is facilitated by 24x7 web-based\n access, system-generated email notifications and reminders, and an \nintuitive, user-friendly interface.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EA phased implementation \napproach is being used to introduce the system to the Georgia Tech \ncommunity. OHR began piloting the use of this system in July, and all \nCampus Services departments will begin using the system in August. \nEffective September 1, all departments within the Administration and \nFinance unit (A\u0026amp;F) will use this new system to manage leave for \nmonthly employees. Non-A\u0026amp;F departments are welcome and encouraged to\n \u0022opt in\u0022 to using TimeOut beginning this fall.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EYou are invited to\n come and take a sneak peek at this new system. During this session, you\n will have a chance to view demonstrations of TimeOut and learn about \nkey system functions and features.
