They cannot share the results of their works. They are paid by wages, and if they lost their job, they are simply sent home.\u0022\u0026nbsp; Wang has studied Huaxi as part of his research into Jiangsu Province villages. Huaxi, a village of 2,000 residents, recently built a 74-story skyscraper in a display of its newfound prosperity.
