Cardiac progenitor cells (CPC) may form new cardiomyocytes. We sought to determine how H2O2 would affect regulation of angiotensin receptors. One of the current approaches to scale up MSC production includes the use of human platelet lysate (hPL) as an alternative media supplementation to fetal bovine serum (FBS). The effects of hPL on MSC growth, senescence and chemokine receptor profiles in comparison to FBS culture were investigated to determine the suitability of hPL for MSC expansion.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EThe Graduate and Post-Doc (GaP) Seminar Series is a weekly event of research presentations by two graduate students or post-docs conducting bio-related research.\u0026nbsp; The series is organized and sponsored by the Parker H.
