A CISTP hosted public talk, "The Influence of Taipei-Beijing Relations on East Asia" with Dr. Kwei-bo Huang with the Department of Diplomacy; National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan.

Speaker Bio:
Dr. Kwei-Bo Huang received Master of Arts degree in Political Science at The George Washington University (1994-1996). Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Diplomacy, as well as Director of the Center for Foreign Policy Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Republic of China. Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park (Maryland, USA) and B.A. in Diplomacy degree from NCCU.
