Designed for mid- to higher-level managers.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEmerging Leaders.\u003C\/strong\u003E Provides extended career development opportunities for graduates of the Management and Supervisory program.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EOffice Professional.\u003C\/strong\u003E Focuses on essential interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in the workplace and includes advanced-level training in managing priorities and working with others.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDefining Customer Service.\u003C\/strong\u003E Improves the services the Institute provides by making them faster, friendlier and easier.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EInformation Security.\u003C\/strong\u003E Provides additional knowledge and skills to secure information technology resources in the campus units.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEmergency Preparedness.\u003C\/strong\u003E Equips participants with tools they need in the event of a campus emergency.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003ECourses are available during working hours. Employees interested in participating should seek supervisor approval.
