  <title><![CDATA[Library Mobile Web Site Offers New Features]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>The new features of the Georgia Tech Library’s mobile Web site give library users more access to information and services wherever they go. </p><p>

Currently, the site is optimized for iPhones and Android smart phones.&nbsp;It can be accessed at <a href="http://m.library.gatech.edu">http://m.library.gatech.edu</a>. Users who visit the <a href="http://library.gatech.edu">r</a><a href="http://library.gatech.edu">egular library homepage</a> from a mobile device will be automatically redirected to the mobile version.

</p><p>The Library launched the mobile site during the summer 2011, but a recent upgrade introduced the following new features:

</p><ul><li>Check library hours for all locations&nbsp;</li><li>Search the library catalog for books, journals, reports, theses and dissertations and more</li><li>View research guides for all majors or disciplines offered at Tech&nbsp;</li><li>Find subject librarians</li><li>View library classes and workshops&nbsp;</li><li>Access the live feed of computer availability in the Library East and West Commons</li></ul><p>These features are designed to help users conveniently find library information and research assistance wherever they may be.
