As such, he is responsible\nfor all aspects of the financial performance, corporate strategy and business\noperations of the company, as well as regulatory compliance, client service\ndelivery and all staff support functions.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EHe\nassumed his current role in June 2011, having served as Chief Operating Officer\nsince November 2010 and President since December 2008. Previously, he served as\nCorporate Executive Vice President with executive oversight responsibilities\nfor Commercial Real Estate Banking, Corporate \u0026amp; Investment Banking,\nMortgage, Treasury \u0026amp; Payments Solutions and Wealth and Investment\nManagement.\n\n\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EMr.\nRogers began his career in 1980 in the commercial bank training program of\nTrust Company of Georgia, a SunTrust predecessor company.
