  <title><![CDATA[Clarence Rolle Receives BEST Award from Dow Chemical]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Clarence Rolle has been selected from a large number of applicants to participate in the BEST Symposium hosted by The Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan, on September 21 and 22, 2010. This two-day event will give an opportunity to explore careers in the chemical industry and to showcase Clarence's abilities. </p>
<p>BEST is primarily intended to introduce African American, Hispanic, Native American  U.S. doctoral and postdoctoral scientists to the wide range of rewarding careers in industrial research, and in particular, the many opportunities with one of the worldâs largest and leading chemical companies, The Dow Chemical Company.  This conference, developed jointly by The Dow Chemical Companyâs minority scientists and Ph.D. recruiting team, demonstrates The Dow Chemical Company's commitment to a diverse work force.

<p>BEST is designed to allow  participants to:
