87581 news 1213747200 1475895771 <![CDATA[Chemistry Faculty and Staff Win Recognition]]> A staff person and three faculty received honors at the spring awards luncheon. Honored were Kay Gilstrap, Jean-Luc Brédas, David Collard, and Mary Peek.

Kay Gilstrap received an Outstanding Staff Award.

Jean-Luc Brédas won the Outstanding Faculty Research Award.

David Collard won The Class of 1934 Outstanding Innovative Use of Education Technology Award

And last but not least Mary Peek won the coveted ANAK award. This is a secret society of students that awards a faculty member each year who has demonstrated outstanding service to the Institute and to the student body through teaching, research, advisement, and general involvement in campus life.
