{"87701":{"#nid":"87701","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Materials Research Society Honors Chemistry Professor","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EDr. Jean-Luc Br\u00e9das from the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry has earned the distinction of Fellow of the Material Research Society for 2008.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe inaugural class of Fellows will be recognized at the 2008 MRS Spring Meeting in San Francisco, and also announced on the MRS website and in the MRS Bulletin.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe title of MRS Fellow honors MRS members who are notable for their distinguished research accomplishments and their outstanding contributions to the advancement of materials research, world-wide. The maximum number of new Fellow appointments each year is limited to 0.2% of the current MRS membership. The distinction is thus highly selective.
