Despite many recent interesting experiments, the theoretical understanding and description of charge transport in organic crystals remains incomplete.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nTraditional concepts like band transport might not be applicable directly to organic crystals, and polaron transport theories are considered necessary.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIn my talk I will discuss polaron transport in organic molecular crystals and its relation to the concept of band transport. Based upon a recent theory, both transport concepts are merged in a natural way.
